Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase from Fluid Paint Solutions. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

Returns must be approved by Fluid Paint Solutions before being shipped back. Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Special-order or custom-configured products
• Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Parts or components that show signs of installation or use
• Clearance or final-sale items when identified as such at the time of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including items ordered incorrectly or no longer needed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Fluid Paint Solutions, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Items returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements above may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests; however, orders that have already shipped, entered fulfillment, or been placed with a manufacturer or supplier may not be eligible for cancellation.
